Do you have a old or discarded Adox film you can possibly use for some experiments?
Just open the cameras back, when the problem occurs and look whats wrong.
If the film itself is too thick for the camera, you should experience similar problems while loading and winding the film.
Maybe the perforation on the film edges isn't very accurate or the tin of the film is flawed so that the film gets crooked while rewinding.
