Opemus 5 lensboard?

Hi there!



Can somebody help me? I need 39mm lensboard for my opemus 5. I want to use a 50mm lens and now i only have 80mm anaret with 23,5mm adapter. Will kaiser lensboard do the job? <img src='http://forum.fotoimpex.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Hi Viki,



you can find this lesnboard in our catalogue on page 67.

A Kaiser Lensboard will not fit as this is a different enlager factory.



The price is 14 EUR plus (if appilcable) tax.



If you are from the US or England you can alos inquire with our afiliated companies jandc or retrophotographic.



But if you want to use a 50 mm you have to use the lensboard upside down (like a hat and not like a pot) and large diameter lenses like rodagon 2,8/50 will not fit in in this position as it has been designed for narrow metal lenses and not for the big plastic lenses used nowherdays.

Ok if i buy 39mm lensboard for my opemus 5 then which lense of 50mm can i use? Rodagon 2,8/50 will not fit... El nikkor 50mm maybe? Which one must i buy? Narrow metal lenses? Hi Viki,



you can put the Rodagon in the platine but it will only catch 2-3 threads of the plastic thread.

usually you can srew it in 3 mm.

if you find this acceptable you can order the lensboard.

hoever only rodagons work that have the fstop only on the lower end.

if the whole plastic body needs to be turned it does not work as it will be jammed.
